Order & Delivery
Due to the epidemic situation, the delivery time may be affected and delayed. We will notify you one day before delivery. Sorry for the inconveniences caused.
Upon completion of the online ordering and payment transaction, we will confirm by email that we have received your order. On delivery day, customer will be notified by email that the the shipping status as “shipping”, indicating that we are preparing for the delivery.The customer has not received the email from us, please call us for enquiry.
If your order is placed by 12PM, next day delivery is available. Otherwise, delivery will be made within two working days of order placement.
Ice pack & insulated bag
Customers will enjoy a set of ice pack and insulated bag upon a single net purchase of $450.
CAUTION：The ice pack is not edible. Ice packs can be reused if there is no damage. Once they are damaged, please do not use them.
There is a HKD$50 delivery fee on orders under HKD$450. For all orders above HKD$450, delivery is free of charge and will be delivered within two working days (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories region) or within a week of order placement (Discovery Bay). No delivery to outlying islands and rural areas, including Cheung Chau, Lantau Island (except Discovery Bay).
- As we mainly sell frozen ingredients, if the customer fails to receive the goods within the agreed time on the day of delivery for any reason, we will not be able to collect the ingredients and re-deliver. Please keep your phone on and wait for our carrier to deliver the goods within the agreed time.
- If we are unable to contact the customer on the delivery date or if the customer fails to receive the goods for any reason, customers are authorizing us to leave your goods at your (the nearest accessible) doorstep. Temperature control will not be guaranteed from this point on, and we will not be responsible for any consequences including deterioration of meat quality or any loss caused, etc.
- When the goods successfully deliver to the designated address, the responsibility of Meatogo is released. We will not check the identity of the receiver, while the receiver needs to sign for confirmation. If customers request to put the goods outside the door or at the management office, Meatogo will not be responsible for any consequences.
- In case of any change of delivery details, please contact us at least 1 working day during opening hours before the scheduled delivery time.
- Delivery service may be suspended or postponed due to weather, traffic, area or other factors, and delivery time will be arranged separately.
- If we fail to provide any products or services on your order, we will notify the customer by phone or email before delivery or pickup.
- Customers are requested to check the quantity of all goods at the time of receipt. If there are any problems, please notify us within 24 hours after the delivery date.
- The delivery must be completed within 14 days after the purchase day, otherwise Meatogo reserves the right to cancel the related order.
- Number of delivery per day is limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis.
- For buildings without lift or for products that can only access through staircases, customer needs to go downstairs to pick it up.
- If there is no free parking space near the delivery address, customer needs to go downstairs to pick it up.
- For special locations, customer needs to pick up at a designated location.
